Remember all those who fight for us

Eager to meet friends and family

Memories of war may haunt them for life

Earthquake’s may strike but they still fight

Mothers and fathers are at home scared

Brave men and women

Running away from bullets and war

Anxiety to go to war

November 11th a day to praise them

Crying while in pain by bullets and blood

Elaborate plans to stay alive

Day after day, just trying to share peace

All people in the army once had their life at stake

You gave us our freedom so we give this day to you
