Everyone talks about how thoughtless and uncaring teens or young adults can be in today’s society. But the act of four young adults was surprising and heart warming. My husband and I are senior citizens.

We attended the Remembrance Day Service at the arena last Friday. We were standing up on the upper level as there were no seats left. My husband had his medal pinned to his coat along with a poppy. These youths came up to us and said we could have their seats as they were a lot younger than we were. I needed help to our seats which was two rows down. I received lots of help from some good citizens.

We would like to say thank you to the young adults and the folks who help us.
