A number of properties in Red Deer are currently under a boil water advisory.

City of Red Deer employees have hand delivered notices door-to-door to affected properties. The advisory will remain in place until water tests confirm that there is no contamination.

When the advisory is lifted, the City will once again hand deliver notices to affected properties and the advisory will be removed from the web site. Should the affected area be too large that door-to-door knocking is not feasible, electronic sign boards will be put in the affected areas alerting residents.

Affected properties include 4029, 4040, 4080, 4083 78th St. Cresc., 5173 and 5175 46th Ave., 4401, 4402, 4410 50A St., and 5003, 5007, 5011, 5035 45th Ave.
