BEHIND BARS – General Manager of Western RV Country Todd Plotnikoff was “arrested” as a part of this year’s Canadian Cancer Society’s Jail ‘N’ Bail fundraiser. The Red Deer chapter is hoping to raise $65,000 from this event.
