DREAM HOME WINNER – After having sold out for another year and selling 92,000 tickets, a 2013 Hospitals’ Lottery Dream Home winner has been picked. Enid Best, who purchased her annual five tickets received the keys to her new home during a ceremony at the house which was built by True Line Homes on Wednesday and is shown here signing the paperwork in her new home.
